I had a very disappointing first experience with Andy as the intended groomer. I brought my doodle in for her first grooming appointment fully expecting that I would have a consultation on what would be the best kind of grooming for her, especially as a new doodle owner. Instead of educating me in a kind and professional way, I felt shamed. Andy made comments such as, “You shouldn’t be doing it yourself unless you’re a professional groomer,” which came across as judgmental rather than helpful.
We absolutely love this place! Every time Ella comes back home, she looks extra cute—so fluffy, clean, and clearly well taken care of. You can tell Andy really pay attention to the details and treat her with so much care. Even though we’ve moved farther away and it’s now quite a drive for us, we still find ourselves wanting to come back because they’re just that amazing. Totally worth it every time. Highly recommend! 🐶✨
My dog needs happy visits to get better, and Beano will be helping us with it for free. I am so happy to have a place to work with my fearful boy in a fear free environment.
