I visited for a free trial class and enjoyed my time here. There were plenty of women and lots of upper belts who were willing to help the lower belts with the technique of the day. Friendly professors and a great environment! Would recommend!
Coach Troy is amazing, would highly recommend to anyone in the area
I recently started going to this gym, and from the moment I walked in, I was met with smiles and a community that made me feel welcome from the start! I am beyond happy that I found a gym with this much knowledge, love, and grit as a whole! I hope to see you there !
