Amazing community whether you’re looking to start a fitness journey or challenge yourself and look to complete in any combat sports this is the place to be. The have Jiu Jitsu and MMA ran by Professor Andy Jimenez a Renzo Gracie Black belt and former pro MMA fighter with a plethora of grappling and submission wrestling techniques for you to learn. That doesn’t even touch the boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai training there’s so many amazing coaches in the striking as per the name STRIKING 101 but they push you reasonably and only want to see the best out of you.
Great gym & instructors I recommend to anyone beginner to experienced in wherever you are in your martial arts journey
I’ve been training at S101 for over a year and it’s by far my favorite gym out of all gyms I’ve trained at. MMA team is one of the best in New York State with champions across different promotions. I would definitely recommend joining to S101 for beginners or experienced fighters, for people looking to compete or for somebody who wants to learn martial arts.
